When I try to play the game a white screen loads.

This occurs sometimes when a web page times out. Checking your internet connection and refreshing the page should resolve the problem.

The poker table loads but nothing happens.

You probably need to refresh your browser. You do this is a couple of ways:

1) Close down all of your browser windows and try again.
2) Refresh your page while holding down the SHIFT key.

This should solve the problem.

I have a Facebook account that I play on, can I merge my accounts?

Absolutely you can merge your Facebook account with your Gamboozle account. You will need to login to Facebook and click on the Gamboozle Free Poker application in your profile. Once you are in Gamboozle Free Poker, go to My Account and click on merge. You will be asked to enter your Gamboozle username and password. Once you have correctly entered the required information, your accounts will be merged.

If you don't have an existing Gamboozle account, you can simply create a Gamboozle account from this Facebook page.

Having a merged account means that your balances are the same on both Facebook.com and Gamboozle.com. Also, you now qualify for real cash prize poker tournaments, play fantasy sports and you can enjoy our selection of casual games

What can I do about the jackass annoying me at the table?

Unfortunately not everyone plays with the same etiquette when it comes to playing poker. Some people seem to have more fun annoying others than they do actually playing the game. If this is the case, the best thing to do is "mute" the offending player. Simply click on his icon and click "Ignore Player Chat". You will no longer view this person's chat, so they won't bug you anymore.

What are Premium Tickets?

Premium tickets are used to enter all prize tournaments, except freerolls.

As you play in certain Sit N Go's or MTTs, you will win Premium Tickets. You will then need these premium tickets to enter special prize tournaments.

Different tournaments require a different number of PTs to enter.

What is a multi table tournament (MTT)?

A multi table tournament is a tournament that has many players that play concurrently on many tables. As players get knocked out, the tables merge. The tables continue to merge until there is one final table. The players play until there is only one remaining. In the case of prize tournaments, prizes will be awarded based on the finishing positions.

Multi table tournaments have a specific start time and you will need to enter the tournament before this start time. You will be given a specific number of tournament chips to start with. Once you are out of chips, you are out of the tournament.

What is a Sit & Go tournament?

Unlike a multi table tournament, a sit & go tournament starts when the available spots fill up. There is no specific start time. When you see a sit & go, jump in and wait for it to start. You can play other table games while you are waiting for the sit & go to start. Typically, sit & go tournaments are either 4 or 9 people.

I registered for a tournament, how do I start playing after the start time?

Your tournament table should pop up for you automatically when the tournament starts, or when you log in if the tournament is already running. If you close your table, it can be reopened anytime through the tournament lobby using the "Take my seat" button.

What happens to the chips I have in the tournament after I won?

The chips you play with in a tournament are not part of any prize pool, and disappear at the end of the tournament. Everyone starts with the same amount of chips, and are usually allocated more chips than the buy-in requires to make the game play more enjoyable.

Can I play at more than one table at one time?

Absolutely. You can play up to 3 tables at one time.

Once you click on a table to play, the table will load in a new tab. Go back to the old tab and choose another table to play. This table will then load in the new tab in addition to the old table.

Are the table games free?

Yes - the table games are always and will always be free.
