When I try to play the game a white screen loads.

This occurs sometimes when a web page times out. Checking your internet connection and refreshing the page should resolve the problem.

The poker table loads but nothing happens.

You probably need to refresh your browser. You do this is a couple of ways:

1) Close down all of your browser windows and try again.
2) Refresh your page while holding down the SHIFT key.

This should solve the problem.

I have a Facebook account that I play on, can I merge my accounts?

Absolutely you can merge your Facebook account with your Gamboozle account. You will need to login to Facebook and click on the Gamboozle Free Poker application in your profile. Once you are in Gamboozle Free Poker, go to My Account and click on merge. You will be asked to enter your Gamboozle username and password. Once you have correctly entered the required information, your accounts will be merged.

If you don't have an existing Gamboozle account, you can simply create a Gamboozle account from this Facebook page.

Having a merged account means that your balances are the same on both Facebook.com and Gamboozle.com. Also, you now qualify for real cash prize poker tournaments, play fantasy sports and you can enjoy our selection of casual games

What can I do about the jackass annoying me at the table?

Unfortunately not everyone plays with the same etiquette when it comes to playing poker. Some people seem to have more fun annoying others than they do actually playing the game. If this is the case, the best thing to do is "mute" the offending player. Simply click on his icon and click "Ignore Player Chat". You will no longer view this person's chat, so they won't bug you anymore.
